We support all four special offerings of the Presbyterian Church (USA):
The One Great Hour of Sharing Offering (Easter Sunday) supports Presbyterian Disaster Assistance, the Presbyterian Hunger Program, and the Presbyterian Self-Development of People.
The Pentecost Offering (Pentecost Sunday) supports ministries with children at risk and ministries with youth and young adults. Forty percent of the offering is retained by the local congregation and, in our case, benefits local community service organizations.
The Peacemaking Offering (World Communion Sunday) supports peacemaking ministries in the US and around the world. Twenty-five percent of the offering is retained by the local congregation and, in our case, benefits the Family Crisis Resource Center.
The Christmas Joy Offering (4th Sunday of Advent) supports the assistance programs of the PCUSA and racial/ethnic colleges and universities.
